Where are you located?
We are located in Downtown Mesa, just south of Main Street. Our address is 19 s Morris Mesa, AZ 85210.
When is the best time to shoot in the studio?
The large windows in the front are west-facing. If you are looking for bright light, we would suggest booking later in the day. The sun does pour into the space about 2 hours before sunset.
How do I book?
Click on “Book Now” to choose a date and time. You will need to submit full payment before finalizing your appointment. You should receive a confirmation email with your booking information shortly after booking.
How will I access the studio?
Once you book we are notified of your appointment and will set up a QR code for you to scan on our lock box (like an airplane ticket). You will not receive the QR code until 48 hours before your session is scheduled to begin. Your QR code is one of a kind. Our lock box will timestamp your arrival/departure as well as take a photo of you as you check in.
What if I have a hard time unlocking the lock box?
We have a Ring camera set up. You can call us by ringing the doorbell and we will do our best to answer. We are able to release the key remotely if needed. However, we are busy with our own lives so it is not guaranteed we will be able to answer.
How far in advance must I reserve the studio?
We will release studio availability for 6 months at a time. You may not make a reservation less than 24 hours before your desired time.
Are there cameras in the studio?
We do not have any cameras inside the studio but do have one at the front door. That way we can make sure the studio is secure and can see anyone who comes to the door.
Is there wifi in the studio?
Yes, there is free wifi! You can find the wifi information at the console desk as you walk in the door.
What if I need more time during my shoot?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow any time extensions while you are in the studio. If you are worried about needing more time, we suggest you book more time before coming to the studio. Leaving the studio late (beyond your scheduled time) will result in a fee. Please be courteous of renters that may be arriving just after you and plan on ending your session 2-3 minutes early.
Do I need to check out and put the key in the lock box if there’s a renter right after me?
Yes! You MUST replace the key in the lock box in order to complete the check out process. We are able to see who has checked out. In the case that the key goes missing and you haven’t correctly checked out, you will be fined. DO NOT PASS THE KEY TO THE NEXT RENTER.
Where do we park?
There is plenty of parking in front of the studio as well as behind.
Can we bring our dogs, cats, or pets to the studio?
We do not allow for any pets in the studio except for service animals. Please notify us if a service animal will be entering the studio. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a $100 charge to your credit card on file.
How large is the space?
Our studio is 1450 sq feet.
Are there restrooms or changing rooms in the studio?
Yes! We have 2 restrooms and a changing room inside the studio.
Do you provide lighting?
Currently we have 2 small soft boxes for additional lighting. We are planning on offering more lighting in the near future.
What furniture and props do you offer?
We have a bed, a few couches, several chairs, a bassinet, pillows, and newborn props for all to use.
Can we move furniture?
Yes! You are welcome to set up the space as you’d like. PLEASE DO NOT DRAG THE FURNITURE BUT PICK IT UP.
What if I leave behind an item at your studio?
We have a lost + found bin in the dressing room. If you find something that doesn’t belong to you, please put it in the bin. We will only hold items for a short time– please contact us if you believe you’ve lost something. We are not responsible for lost items.
Do you allow workshops or styled shoots?

Can we bring confetti, glitter, smoke bombs, cake smashes or any messy items to the studio?
Small confetti, glitter, and smoke bombs are NOT ALLOWED. You may use chunky glitter and shoot cake smashes but you must clean the space. Leave the space as you found it! A cleaning fee of $50 will be charged to your card if you leave the studio messy. Please allow for plenty of time for clean up.
Is there a bluetooth speaker in the studio?
